05/07/2010 - Have your say on New Play area on the Racecourse

Friends of the Racecourse (FoNR) want to hear from you about the proposed design and layout for a new play area on the Racecourse. ‘Dragon Mounds’ on the site have had funding secured and discussions are also taking place about providing new play equipment at both this location, near Leicester Street and Bailiff Street, and the Barrack Road play area.

Working in conjunction with Northampton Borough Council over the plans and local company Miracle; FoNR have designs for public consultation. Miracle designed and built the new play area that opened in May 2010.

Please come along to the consultation events to let us have your views on the design and layout of the site. This is your park in the heart of Northampton.
